A.I.R.F. to grant credit for the journey period claims Tracers, Pay clerks etc. in terms of Para 8 of the subsidiary Instructions. Reference from- Position clarified to all Railways to claims Tracers classified as Continuous are entitled to the benefit envisaged in para 8 of the Subsidiary Instructions i.e. 2/3rd credit for the time spent in journey in excess of 4 hours. As regards pay clerks, the provisions of para 19(ii) and 20 of the Subsidiary Instructions are applicable in their cases and they may be allowed full credit for the journey period when they are fairly busy and 25% credit for in period when they- or no work. Railways also asked to follow in correct procedure. A reply in terms of the clarification given to Railways also sent to the AIRF
