Southern Railway- Industrial Dispute Act- the case of Shri V.N. Puri, ex-casual Labourer, Electrical Branch, Madras Division, who by mistake was kept in service beyond 58 years- Question regarding payment of compensation under the Act- Case decided in favour of payment of liability of payment accepted on the ground that contract of employment does not contain stipulation that the workman should retire at age of 58, and termination of service of this workmen attracts section 2(00) of the Act
