(ii) Terms and conditions of the staff transferred from the Rlys to the Ministry of Production consequent on the transfer of Railway Collieries to the Ministry of Production. (iii) Decision that the terms and conditions of the staff transferred from the Rlys to the Ministry of Production should remain unaffected and that the transfer should take effect from 1.4.54 by which time whatever adjustments were necessary should be made and the Rly Accounts should be completed
