Central Rly:- Maintenance of the confidential report on staff in grade Rs.210-380/250-380/(AS) - Decision taken that C. Rs. of above staff should be initiated by Gazetted Officer while those of staff in lower grades should be initiated by the Supervisory staff in the grade Rs.335-525 (AS) or above subject to review and counter signature by the Gazetted Officer. Decision also taken that C.Rs. of teachers should be initiated by the Head Master/Head Mistress/Principal of the School concerned irrespective of their grades subject to review and counter - Signature by the Gazetted Executive Officer concerned
