Promotion of Clerks Gr. II as Clerks Gr. I in short term/leave vacancy in the Accounts Department, Decision- (i) In respect of leave vacancies other then these of LPR. promotions of CG. II as CG. I should be made in the basis of the prescribed percentage laid down for qualified and unqualified staff subject to the provise that staff so promoted would revert on the expiry of such vacancies irrespective of their inter so seniority. (ii) If a person promoted against a leave vacancies is due promoted against a regular vacancy before the former came to an end it would be in order to shift them against the regular vacancy.
