S.E. Railway. Advance on the eve of important festivals-Delegation of powers-It was confirmed that powers to sanction festival advances could be exercised by the Senior Scale/Assistant Officers in independent charge of Divisions. The G.M's proposal to give similar powers to all Jr. Scale/ Class II Officers was not agreed to. Reply issued to S.E. Rly. accordingly
