Delegation of Adjudicator's Award- Power to classify the employment of a Railway servant- Reference from- Matter consideration and the Northern Railway informed that in view of the provisions of para 3(1) of the Railway Servants (Hours of Employment) Rules, 1961, they regret they are unable to authorize the powers to change the classification in cases of either upgrading or downgrading in relation to 'continuous' and 'essentially intermittent' posts to Divisional Superintendents.
