Misuse of passes and PTOs Proposal for recovery of Railway Fares from Railway employees governed by payment of Wages Request for review of earlier orders points raised by W.Railway and N.F Railway No Such recovery would be permission under the P.W Act it was also not considered advisable to effect such recovery from the settlement of dues of the employees conerned. cases of misuse of pass/PTOs should be dealth with under Board's letter No.E (Trg) 61PS5-2/8 dated 12.7.68 W. & N.F Railways advised accordingly
