Decision: i) In case of temporary transfers where the period of transfer if likely to exceed one year, the PF account may be transferred to the Account Officer of the Railway or officer to which the suscriber has been transferred. In such cases the contributions would be limited to 1/24th instead of 1/8th of the emoluments drawn by the employee. ii) The settlement/pension papers in respect of staff who retire or proceed on LPR from projects will be prepared by the railway on which the employees holds lien
