Chittaranjan Loco Works. Proposal to scale down the capital at charge of- by debiting the excess expenditure of about Rs. 5 crores on the Railway colony to Indian Railway Revenues so that the prices of locos etc. turned out by Chittaranjan may compare favorably with the production costs in other industrial organizations such a Telco- Decided that there was no justification for this adjustment in Capital at charge at Chittaranjan at this stage
