Recommendation of the Union Territories Committee of the Congress Parliamentary Party inter elia regarding- (i) raising of the status of Administrators of Manipur and Tripura to that of Lt. Governor. (ii) revival of Advisory Committees for the Union Territories having legislatures. Decided that no action is necessary in regard to these recommendations
