Decision that the scale of mileage and dailly allowance sanctioned by Provincial Government for the various classes of officers serving under them who are paid wholly or in part from Provincial revenues, under the authority of Finance Department letter No. 1706-E.B., dated the 12th September 1919, shall be admissible to officers of Imperial Departments of corresponding classes
