1) Confirmation by the Secretary of State for India of the action of the Resident in Mysore in engaging in England without his intervention certain ladies for employment as Nursing Sisters in the Bangalore Hospitals. 2) Introduction of a form of agreement to be entered into by Nursing Sisters engaged in India for employment in the Lady Curzon and Bowring Civil Hospitals at Bangalore. Modification of the form of agreement prescribed for Nursing Sisters engaged in England. 3) Grant of outfit allowances to ladies engaged in India as Nursing Sisters in the Lady Curzon and Bowring Hospitals at Bangalore
