C.L.W.: In order to maximise output, the following gazetted positions in the accounts department will be created and upgraded. Two new posts were created: (1) a Junior Scale/Class II post of AAO and one SS post of SAO; and (2) the permanent SS post of SAO (Financial) was upgraded to Dy. F.A. and C.A.O. in JA grade. Promotion of the Class III position of Assistant Chief Cashier (Rs. 450-575) to Jn. Scale/Cl. II as Assistant Chief Cashier and promotion of the permanent Junior Scale Cl. II job of AAO(W) to Sn. Sc. as SAO(W). (3) A decision was made to allow a class II assistant chief cashier to be appointed for a year in place of a class III assistant chief cashier position (Rs. 450-575)
