Decision: The Board is pleased to determine that railway employees who live and work in Gawarighat, which is located within 8 km of the Jabapur (MP) C class citys periphery, may be eligible to receive HRA at the rate that is allowed in Jebalpur as of 17-3-66; if they are not eligible, the sanction will be valid for three years starting on that date
