Instruction in Hindi Morse: Signallers who meet the qualifying requirements will receive an honorarium of Rs. 50/-. The Boards resolution said that: 1. All newly recruited signalers should be required to receive Hindi Morse training; and 2. Recruited signalers will receive Hindi Morse training following one year of duty and no later than the second year of their service. Confirmation of their promotion and other benefits will depend on how well they complete their Hindi training. 2. The three-year period for the payment of the honorarium of Rs. 50/-specified in Board letter No. E(G)57HOI-8 dated 11.10.57 has been extended
