Prospects for Promotion in the Account-Deptt. Decision: 20% of openings for clerk grade I positions may be filled by promoting current clerks to grade II positions; the recruitment of graduates may resume for this purpose; 75% of these positions may be filled by promoting App II-A qualified staff; and 25% of positions may be filled by those clerks grade II who have not passed the aforementioned examination based on seniority, cum-suitability.- This 1) will take effect on 1.4.68. 2) S.C. & S.T. condirates do not require reservations. Since the direct recruitment of graduates as C.G.I. has been suspended, the direct recruitment of S.C. and S.T. candidates will likewise be suspended automatically for the duration that direct recruitment is suspended
