Advances/Final withdrawals from S.R.P.F. to meet the cost of (i) passage of the subscriber when proceeding on leave out of India, (ii) sickness, (iii) education, (iv) marriage expenses. 2. Decision that advances can be granted for subscriber's marriage. 3. For fixation of the overall limit of the advances, all deductions enumerated in para 1613-GI should be taken into account. 4. When it becomes necessary for a subscriber to redpost the whole or part of the withdrawal from S.R.P.F., the interest thereon at the rate provided for in Rule 1320(1) RI, from the month of withdrawal
