Reserve accommodations in trains for running staff travelling as spares while on duty are provided by the All India Railwayment Federation. Matter reviewed in the context of the requested information expressed apologies for their failure to meet their demand because it was not practical to always give reserved accommodations. It was also mentioned that, generally speaking, the Railway does not put its running staff through difficulty or weariness while they travel spare on duty
