Note to the Railway Convention Committee, 1965: (a) Probable Estimate of the Financial Outcomes of the Railway Project for the Next Five Years, 1966-71 (Based on Projected and Actual Freight Rates and Fares) (b) A comparison between the Railways current commitments and their anticipated net revenue, which is calculated as gross earnings less ordinary and incidental working expenses.(i) to secure the funding required for the Depreciation Reserve Fund; (ii) to disburse the Dividend to General Revenues at the designated rate; and (iii) to generate a surplus that will be deposited into the Development Fund in order to finance the Funds necessary but non-remunerative operations
