Passenger Guard Seniority: It was decided that, starting on 1.2.1962, these employees who were reoriented in grades 100-185 and Rs. 150-225 (PS) might receive seniority in the corresponding grades below ticket collectors. further explained to Northern Railway that employees holding scales of Rs. 150-225 (PS) as Personnel to themselves would be ranked higher in the seniority list than TCs and TTEs holding scales of Rs. 100-185 (PS)
