1. Receipt and distribution of recyphering tables nos. 4, 5 and 6 and of Foreign Office Circular letters dated 30th November and 13th December 1932 respectively for use with the Inter-departmental Cypher 1930. 2. Supply to certain Principal Mercantile Marine Officers of the Inter-departmental Cypher 1930 and recyphering tables Nos. 4, 5 and 6. Destruction of copies of recyphering tables Nos. 1 to 3 which were sent for distribution to these officials. 3. Withdrawal of Inter-departmental Cypher 1930 and annexures from H.E. the Commander-in-Chief and the cypher now in the custody of the Chief of the General Staff
