Resolution in Council of State by the Hon`ble Haji Syed Mohamed Husain recommending that steps should be taken (i) to introduce measures to provide for civil appeals to Federal Court from the High Courts in British India and (ii) to establish a Supreme Court of Criminal Appeals in India.
