I. Decision that when the construction of the Lakki-Perzu, Railway is taken in hand, the value at Norwal estate of the earthwork that may be actually found available at the time shall be detected to the Capital account of the Railway, and a corresponding credit afforded to the special revenues of the North-West Frontier Province, under the head XXXI-Civil Works. II. Adjustment of the amount to be credited under the head XXXI-Civil Works, under above orders, by a corresponding assignment from the special revenues to the Imperial Revenues
