Establishment of a panel comprising Assistant Directors, Grade II Section Officers, and Grade III Section Officers in compliance with the Rly. Board Secretariat Service Scheme and after consulting with the U.P.S.C. 2. On November 3, 1959, via Office Order No. 15 of 1959, a panel of twelve names was announced for promotion to Grade I of the Railway Board Secretariat Service. 3. In addition, a panel of four names was released on November 3, 1959, via O.O. No. 15 of 1959, for promotion to Section Officer Grade II and sixty-five names for advancement to Section Officer Grade III
