The Public Services (Qualifications for Recruitment) Committee has decided to consider the recommendation made in Decision 1. It states that the number of candidates who can be hired through open market and Deptt. exams should be limited to two, with the exception of candidates who are hired for technical UPSC categories. An essential clause for the TTandCD and IRSS was included in the Recuritment Rules. 2. The age restrictions and educational requirements set forth for TTandCD and IRAS recruiting stayed the same. 3.
