Stores department for allotting candidates to the stores department and to regulate the discussion to the Probationers of the same group. (1) Decision the allotment of eligible candidates to the Store Department should be made on the basis of the percentage of marks obtained by them in the examination for different Railway Engineering services in which they have qualified. Likewise the order of marit of the probationers of the Store Deptt. whould also be on the basis of the percentage of marks obtained by them. (2) Order of merit list of the probationers of 1953, 1954 and 1955 batches was circulated. (3) Shri S.S. Padder of 1954 batch was offered appointment on 24-4-57 and he joined on 22-11-57. As the delay for his joining the Railway was mainly due to his not having been able to release from the Bihar Govt. where he was serving, his seniority was not affected
