Change over from Majex and Alliance type of Couplers by Schakn Couplers. Detention- 1. The existing alliance and Majesx couplers on the S.I.G and Jessop stock on Eastern Rly. may be retarted 2. Only S.I.G coaches (12) on the Western Railway may be converted for schaku couplers- 3. Provision of schaku couplers on the on the 1961 and 1964/1965 Jessop Stock of central Railway and Western Railways may be combined with rewiring at the the end of 12 to 15 years life Man coaches on the western railway to be allowed to continue with there existing couplers.
