Its is clarified that for determining the last pay drawn for the purpose of fixation of pay on re-employment in terms of Board's letter date the 31st march 1959 referred to above, the personal pay granted in terms of their letter no.E(P and A) I-70PP/6 date the 18th march 1970 will be taken into account in accordance with the last Sentence of the clarification Against item 5 of the statement annexed to their letter no E(G)58EMI-29 dated the 9th April, 1961, i.e. personal pay would be taken into account as part of pay last Drawn Continuously for a year or more before retirement.
