Sh. George Fernandes, MP: Anomaly in fixation of pay of the App. IIIA qualified clerks Gr.II on promotion as clerks Gr.I in the Accounts Deptt. The MP was advised on 6.5.69 that it is not possible to remove the anomaly which has arisen under the normal rules. Central, Eastern Rlys have been replied that it is not possible to remove the anomaly which has arisen due to normal operation of the rules; the normal date of increment of the Jr employee falling before the crucial date viz 1.5.61 prescribed for fixation of pay in Board's letter No.E(S)61CPC/76 dt.9.8.61
