Bifurcation of Bombay- Implementation of the Congress Working Committee's resolution dated 4.12.59 in regard to the provisions of the Nagpur Agreement relating to Vidarbha. (2) Decision that no further provisions apart from Art. 371(2) of the Constitution need be made for implementing the Nagpur Agreement. (3) Policy statement made by the Chief Minister of Bombay before the Bombay State Legislature in respect of Vidarbha and Marathwada. (4) Establishment of a permanent Bench of High Court of Bombay at Nagpur
