A one-day special causal leave (no TA/DA would be allowed for these dajys) and additional time off for every departmental council meeting. 2. There will be a one-day duty period for consultations on the day before every Departmental Council meeting; this will be considered duty. DA/TA would be accepted. The Railways received the necessary instructions by Board letter No. E(L)71JCM1-9/ dated 16.3.72
