taking in of East Pakistani refugees on the Rlys. decided to hire displaced Class III and Cl. IV Railway employees who arrived in India after 1.1.1964, in lieu of current vacationers without Railway Service Commissions, in appropriate grades. (ii) These employees should be considered as new hires. (iii) A list of the individuals that Rlys should get. It was also determined that (i) those who were displaced and immigrated to India after 1.1.1964 would receive:Age restrictions are as follows: (a) up to 45 years old; (b) the same fees apply to SC candidates; and (c) every appointment is new
