The shareholders of the now-defunct Nizam Guaranteed State Railway Company filed a lawsuit against the government of Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, in 1873 over certain claims they had against the N.S. Rly. (for the construction of a line between Wadi and Hyderabad), and the Union government's Ministry of Home Affairs and Ministry of Railways responded by providing the required assistance through the Central Railway Administration. High Court dismissed the lawsuit
