P.N.M- A.I.R.F- February 1970- Promotion of Loco Running Staff from steam side to Electric side- Item (29) of Agenda- Decision- a) Drivers Grades B & C on steamside leaving less than 5 years of service left need not be given conversion training for obsorption on Electric side. b) Drivers Grade 'A' be given conversion training unless there would be additional steam mail or express trains to abroad them on the steam side. c) Instruction at a) & b) equally applicable to promotion transers from steam to Diesel Traction side and also firemen and shunters
