Reference from the DG, RDSO requesting to clarify whether SCA S put into working posts during the period of training as Assistant Directors may be given Rs. 250/- p.m. as Special pay. Decided that the special class Apprentices posted to working posts during the period of training are entitled to the grant of only that amount of Special Pay which would make their total emoluments equal to the minimum of the time scale. Therefore, it was decided that they should not be given the special pay, when posted to ROSO
