S.E. Railway- Clarification that the term 'building operations' occurring in item 7 of Part I of the Schedule to the minimum Wages Act does not include maintenance of a building. Decision that the labour employed on the maintenance work of the Buildings would be excluded from the scope of the notified minimum wage rates and also the provisions of the M.W. Act and the Rules by the Central Government
