A portion of the earnings collected in a temporary or officiating position just prior to retirement will be counted towards pension. Deaths that happened between 16-4-50 and 1-8-52 are regulated. The decision was made to recalculate pension and gratuity in such instances, taking into account the directives included in Ministry of Finance O.M. No. F. 15(6)-EV/52, dated 26.7.52
