Ministry of Finance- Pay Roll Saving Scheme. Based on the recommendations of the sub-committee to the National Savings Advisory Committee the following further instructions issued to railways:- (1) The progress of the Pay Roll Savings Scheme in all railway establishments should be reviewed each month jointly by the Accounts and Personal Officers at the Headquarters' level and the Headquarter's office might collect information in proforma I from all establishments
