Avenues of promotion of Passenger Social Guides decided all passenger Guides irrespective of the scales of pay allotted to them should continue to be grouped with the Ticket Collectors (Scale 60-130) their seniority being reckoned on the length of service. The existing Passenger Guides may however be considered for general posts, such as Assistant Welfare Inspectors, Complaints Inspectors etc. to the extent of their background and experience warrant
