Regulation of the half daily allowance admissible under Rule 232 and 256 (5)-RI in the case of a railway servant who, while on tour, is treated as State guest. Decided that in such as case the half daily allowance will be equal to half of the reduced rate to which a railway servant treated as a State Guest may be entitled under the rules
