Assistance of to promising young Indian scientist working abroad to find suitable jobs in India creation of Supernumerary posts for their absorption (i) The CSIR were requested to forward copies of Bullatins of the National Register Issued by them to the RD and SO also. The RD and SO were asked to recommend names of suitable pool officers to Ry Board for attachment or secondment to the RD and SO (ii) The CSIR were informed that if was not possible to create any supernumerary posts for appointment of any pool Officer/ Indian Scientist or technologist working abroad etc on the Railways
