In accordance with section 3(2) of the Railways 1941 Act, R.B.S.N. Guha's replacement will be appointed as a judicial officer, and their duties will include figuring out the reasonable amounts that E.I. and B.N. Railways must pay to Howrah Municipality and Calcutta Corporation in lieu of municipal taxes. -Not deemed essential, and the Railway has been directed to handle the matter in line with the Board letter
