Question if the Ex. G.B.S. Railway's Part I and Part II examinations prior to 1942 should be compared to Appendix II and III-A examinations. 1. It was decided that people who completed both parts I and II of the exam would be considered to have passed App. II-A. 2. The Board is willing to assess each instance of such personnel who have passed the part II exam on the basis of their subsequent record for exemption from the exam. 3. Report from W. Railway that none of those who passed Part II of the old curriculum were qualified for advancement as accountants
