NFIR: Hiring commercial clerks with rest periods in the Hubli Division of the S.C. Railway at a grade of Rs. 330-(RS). Following discussions at the PM Meeting on October 11-11, 1977, general orders were issued on 2.5.78 requesting that the Railway review the status of rest givers regarding Commercial Clerks and provide rest givers in the same grade as long as they can be used for at least four to five days per week
