Allocation of the promotion quota between Dept. officials and Personnel Branch officers is one modification to the recruitment rules. The decision was made to divide the promotion quota openings between department officers and personnel branch officers in the ratio of 29.1.3% and 4% for the IRSE, MET(P), TT, and C Departments as well as the IRAS. The IRSE and MET (P) Dept. Recruitment Rules have undergone necessary modifications
