Forwards, for the information of Government a letter in original I.F. No. 3, dated 25th ultimo, from Brigadier General Tombs, V.C. and C.B., stating that during his recent visit of inspections he found the bazar conservancy and police arrangements at the station of Seepree in such as unsatisfactory conditions, that he considers it absolutely necessary that the Cantonment Magistrate of Gwalior should be directed to proceed there at the public expense for the purpose of putting these arrangements on a proper footing. and recommends the usual traveling allowance being passed to him
