With reference to Financial Resolution, No.1180, of this date, regarding the reduction in the Malwa Bheel Corps, suggests, for consideration, whether, if 50 privates can be spared for an indefinite period of high price of provisions, they cannot be spared permanently reduced, the reduction could be carried further, so as to include the native officers, buglers, non-combatant establishments of two companies which would then be superfluous
