Making the decision to increase the honorarium rates for answering materials in examinations for the hiring of apprentice mechanics to 50p each. regardless of the quantity of sessions, that the outside invigilators may be paid a charge of Rs. 5/- every day. (2) Classified to Railways that the invigilators hired from class III Railway workers will likewise be subject to the aforementioned orders. in partial replacement of Board's letter No. E(NG)63RR1/35, dated July 10, 1964, which contained the directions. (3) Made it clear that the orders mentioned in paragraph 1 above also apply to railway workers chosen to serve as invigilators for examinations other than mass ones held by the railway service commissions
