'The Hindu', a newspaper in Madras, published an article about the judgement of the Calcutta High Court regarding the constitutionality of Rule 20(1) of the Government Servants Conduct Rules in light of the provisions of Article 19(1)(A) of the Constitution. According to the Attorney General, none of the Railway Servants' Conduct Rules violate any of the reasonable restrictions outlined in Article 19 of the Constitution
